Complaints policy

As a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) I am bound by their Framework for Good Practice and subject to their complaints procedure.

 

If a patient has a complaint which they feel unable to address with me, they can contact the HCPC at hcpc-uk.org/concerns/raising-concerns.
