Cancellation policy

Psychological therapy

I charge for any appointment cancelled with fewer than 7 working days’ notice. If a session needs to be cancelled due to foreseen circumstances, such as taking a holiday or working away, I kindly ask to be informed as far in advance as possible so I can offer this space to someone else who may need it.

 

ADHD assessments

Due to the necessary time reserved for an ADHD assessment, if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, a standard fee of £100 is due unless another mutually suitable appointment can be arranged.
